How LiveKeeping Strengthened Its Hiring Operations with Structured Automation
As LiveKeeping continued expanding its accounting, compliance, and business support services, recruitment became a consistent and strategic function within the organization.
With steady hiring activity across multiple roles, the team was already managing applications, referrals, and offer rollouts internally. However, as hiring volumes increased, LiveKeeping recognized an opportunity to further streamline and structure its recruitment operations.
Rather than waiting for inefficiencies to emerge, the team chose to move proactively toward a more centralized and automated system.
The impact of that decision is clear:
- 33 referral hires successfully onboarded
- ₹2,00,000 in referral cost savings
- 330 interviews scheduled through the platform
- 105 offers rolled out via the system
- Weekly automated referral campaigns driving consistent engagement
LiveKeeping delivers professional accounting, compliance, and business support services to a diverse client base. With a growing team and consistent hiring requirements, the organization places strong emphasis on operational clarity and structured processes.
The Opportunity: Enhancing Structure Across Hiring Stages
Before implementing Klimb, LiveKeeping managed candidate tracking, referral monitoring, and offer letter creation through structured Excel workflows. While this system supported hiring needs, growing recruitment activity meant that data management and documentation required increasing manual coordination.
The leadership team identified an opportunity to bring more centralized visibility into the hiring process while simplifying repetitive administrative tasks.
The focus areas were clear. Consolidate application tracking. Standardize offer management. Bring structure to referral campaigns.
The goal was not transformation for the sake of change. It was operational maturity.
Centralized Application Tracking
One of the most immediate improvements after implementing Klimb was the consolidation of candidate data into a single platform.
Instead of maintaining multiple tracking sheets, recruiters could now monitor the entire hiring funnel within one system. This improved clarity across stages and reduced the time spent reconciling data between files.
The recruitment workflow became more transparent, structured, and easier to manage as volumes continued to grow.
Since implementation, 330 interviews have been scheduled through the platform, reflecting consistent system adoption across active hiring roles.
Streamlined Offer Letter Generation
Offer documentation was another area where structure delivered efficiency.
Previously, offer letters were drafted manually for each hire. With increasing recruitment activity, this required repeated CTC calculations and document formatting.
Klimb simplified this by enabling offer letters to be generated directly within the system by entering the monthly CTC. This ensured consistency across roles while significantly reducing the time spent on documentation.
To date, 105 offers have been rolled out through the platform, demonstrating strong adoption in the final stage of hiring.
Structured Referral Hiring at Scale
Referral hiring is an important sourcing channel for LiveKeeping. As hiring activity expanded, maintaining referral outreach and tracking manually required greater coordination.
With Klimb, referral engagement is now driven through automated weekly campaigns. Approximately 100 emails are sent to employees in each cycle, ensuring consistent visibility of open roles.
This structured approach led to:
- 33 successful referral hires
- Approximately ₹2,00,000 in cost savings
- An average saving of ₹7,000 per hire
Referral hiring is now consistent, trackable, and cost efficient.
AI Enabled Data Structuring
LiveKeeping actively uses AI Resume Parsing and AI Job Parsing to structure candidate and job data within the system. These features reduce manual data entry and improve clarity within the application stage.
While the Match Score feature is not currently in use, resume and job parsing continue to support structured data management across active hiring workflows.
The Outcome: A Stronger Operational Foundation
The shift to Klimb was not about replacing processes. It was about strengthening them.
By centralizing applications, automating offer generation, and structuring referral campaigns, LiveKeeping enhanced visibility, reduced repetitive administrative work, and introduced measurable cost efficiency into recruitment operations.
Today, hiring is supported by a structured system that aligns with the company’s growth trajectory. Instead of managing recruitment across disconnected files, LiveKeeping operates through a centralized platform that supports sourcing, application management, and offer rollouts with clarity and control.
The result is not just efficiency. It is operational confidence as hiring volumes continue to scale.
